1. For best performance and accuracy, we recommend wearing the Ring on your index finger. If you prefer other fingers, the middle and ring fingers are also OK. Avoid fingers where the base is narrower than the knuckle.

2. The size of rings may not be completely in line with universal standards. Please measure your finger circumference before purchasing and make sure it fits comfortably, then choose the appropriate size.

3. How to start: Charge the Ring with the included charging cable. The heart rate light will light up to indicate successful startup. Then you can use the APP to connect the Ring.

4. Due to different display and lighting effects, the actual color of the item may be slightly different from the color shown on the picture. Please allow 1-2cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement, thank you!

5.It is Life waterproof only, it mean you can wear it when you wash your hand or get wet in the rain, but can’t wear when swimming or hot shower/bath or sauna. It can not be soaked in water.
